Project Overview

MyFLEX AI operates as a network marketing company focused on education and distribution of RUBI AIβ€”teaching affiliates to master premier AI tools and resell the platform to their own networks. I served as their social media manager and primary corporate liaison, building their digital presence from the ground up and fostering an engaged community of nearly 2,000 members.

Role & Responsibilities

Community Management & Customer Relations

  • Served as the main corporate contact, managing all community interactions, direct messages, and customer inquiries
  • Operated the Freshdesk customer service account, ensuring timely and helpful responses across all support channels
  • Cultivated an environment that balanced business objectives with genuine member engagement

Content Creation & Brand Development

  • Designed and launched all social media profiles from scratch
  • Created consistent visual content including graphics, posts, and promotional materials
  • Developed weekly themed content that reinforced brand identity while keeping the community entertained

Live Event Production

  • Produced and managed weekly Saturday livestream training sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Coordinated giveaways, contests, and interactive discussions about the software and business opportunity
  • Curated themed music programming for pre-show segments (70s rock, country, disco, etc.)
  • Designed custom graphics and presentation slides tailored to each week’s training focus
Outcome

The community grew to nearly 2,000 active members during my contract period, establishing a foundation of engagement and brand loyalty. When the company decided to take a different strategic direction, they assumed control of a thriving, well-managed community with established communication standards and content frameworks.
